RIG:

Mast and spars Sparcraft anodised aluminium, triple spreader, sloop with removable stay option, Profurl roller furling forestay system; Spinnaker pole with storage on mast. Manual back stay tensioner.

SAILS:

North Sails Total 7: Main fully battened with Easy Stowe and lazy jacks, Genoa roller furling head sail, Stay sail (hanked), Storm jib, 1.5 oz Gennaker, Spinnaker, Code Zero (2009). Blue boom cover and spray dodger. Covers for hatches, winches and wheel.

STEERING:

Pedestal mounted leather covered wheel, Whitlock system. Suunto steering compass, hand held compass; engine controls & instruments; emergency tiller.  B & G Network autopilot.

WINCHES:

Total 6 Andersen: cockpit: 2 x 58 ST/2S, 2 x 46 ST/2S, Mast: 2 x 46 ST/2S, 1 x Electric Windlass: Lofrans Tigress + remote control.

ENGINE:

Yanmar 75 hp fresh water cooled turbo diesel engine (serviced April 2009), 3-blade folding propeller. Engine hours under 300; Fuel storage 450 litres in 3 aluminium tanks.

ELECTRICS:

7 x 105 a/h deep cycle batteries (2009); Xantrex Inverter/charger + Link 1000 monitor.  Alternator 90 amp on engine;  Shore power supply connection;  Navigation lights.

PLUMBING:

Pressurised hot and cold water system, with manual back up. Fresh water storage 500 litres in 3 tanks. Sea water taps to all outlets.  Calorifier (hot water system), black and grey water systems.  2 Propane cylinders with Gas detector, Alarm & shut off;  2 Lectrasan waste systems serving 2 electric + 1 manual heads. There is a Transom shower and Propane BBQ connection aft. 4 bilge pumps: 2 electric, 1 manual.

LAYOUT:

The spacious saloon has a Cherry solid wood dining table, with storage in seating modules. Saloon upholstery is blue leather with removable covers, Cherry wood bulkheads and cabin sole.  The light, ventilation, and headroom are excellent throughout. The Master cabin is forward with a queen size berth and ample storage space.  There is an en suite heads to port with electric heads and large shower. The two guest cabins are aft of the saloon, each en suite with double berths and plenty of storage. The galley is to starboard of the saloon, the navigation centre is to port, aft of the saloon.

GALLEY:

Force 10 3 Burner hob and oven, stainless steel double sink, front opening 12 v fridge, top opening 12 v freezer, pressurized hot and cold water; large Corian working surfaces. Whirlpool microwave oven.  Propane gas fume detector safety system.

NAV. CENTRE:

Chart table with chart stowage, drawers and swing seat. The circuit breaker panel and instrument console has removable panels for access to electrical installation.  A Kenwood 12v radio/tape/CD shuttle sound system, has speakers in saloon and cockpit; Clock and barometer.

ELECTRONICS:

VHF radio Icom IC-M402, VHF hand held Uniden, SSB radio Icom IC-M710, Furuno radar, B & G Network Data sailing instruments + repeaters, Furuno GPS chart plotter;

SAFETY:

Full safety equipment, 2 anchors (20 & 25 kg Delta + chain & warp), 8 life jackets,6 harnesses, 2 life rings, Danbouy, 2 fire extinguishers, etc. The Safety Certificate is valid until February 2010; Mooring lines and fenders.

Cockpit table, cockpit cushions, stainless steel swim ladder, stainless steel barbeque.
