CONSTRUCTION:

Grp hull, epoxy saturated marine ply deck, LOA 45’, LWL 11.74m, Draft 1.96m, Beam 4.10m, displacement about 15 tons.

RIG:

Aluminium mast and boom, sloop rigged, roller furling foresail system.

SAILS:

Roller furling foresail, fully battened mainsail with new stack pack. The sails are almost new. New spray dodger and boom cover.

STEERING:

Pedestal mounted stainless steel leather covered wheel, cable driven; emergency tiller, binnacle mounted steering compass, Autohelm 4000 autopilot.

WINCHES:

2 x Harken self tailing 53 in cockpit, more on mast.

ENGINE:

Volvo TMD22 80 hp diesel engine, fuel storage capacity 70 litres; 3 bladed fixed propeller.  Engine hours under 200.

ELECTRICS:

6 batteries (600 a/h) – 1 dedicated engine start; Hart Inverter 2000, 110 watt solar panel. Shore power supply.

PLUMBING:

Hot and cold pressurised water system, fresh water capacity 1000 litres in 4 tanks;  1 manual bilge pump + 1 portable bilge pump.  1 Propane cylinder.

LAYOUT:

Large saloon with newly covered settees, 1 double forepeak, 1 large double aft, large heads and shower.  Large chart table port side.  Excellent finishes in kiaat and teak, strip wood floor.

GALLEY:

Starboard side galley with stainless steel sink, new stove with 2 burner hob, oven and grill, fridge/freezer (compressor to be installed).

COMMENTS:

This yacht took the original owner 8 years to build and was launched in 1999; shortly after she was stripped and put in storage until recently.  She has been repainted, the upholstery is new and still in plastic covers.  She is in immaculate condition.
